An all-in-one energy storage EV charger brings together a battery, power conversion, fast-charging hardware and an energy management system in a single mobile enclosure. What All-in-One Means in the BCH Series
Six Subsystems in One Enclosure
Each BCH unit combines an onboard blade LFP battery, an AC input stage that accepts grid, generator or solar supply, a CCS2 DC input for fast recharging, DC charging guns, AC output sockets for other loads, and an EMS with 4G connectivity. Fire protection is built in, with CE-certified aerosol systems on the BCH-275-200 and larger models, and the larger units add an explosion-proof breather for pressure relief.
Because every subsystem is designed to work together and is assembled and tested as one unit, customers receive a product that is ready to charge on arrival, with a single supplier responsible for the complete system.
Blade Battery Architecture
The blade battery uses a high-strength sandwich structure, fully tested for fire, water immersion, high-impact collision and crushing. A 65% larger heat-dissipation area and 6.7°C precision temperature control keep output stable, energy density reaches 390 Wh/L, and direct DC-side coupling delivers up to 87% discharge efficiency.
Battery packs are rated for 6,000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge, and the BCH-800-600 and BCH-500-1000 use sealed liquid-cooled packs suited to mines, construction sites and intensive logistics duty.

Manufactured In-House in Jiangsu
MPMC Energy Tech in Yangzhong, launched in 2025 with USD 27 million of investment, a 19,000 m² workshop and a 3,300 m² R&D centre, runs a semi-automatic and a fully automatic battery pack assembly line together with fully automatic BESS and hybrid assembly lines. MPMC Powertech Jiangsu in Haimen adds a 22,000 m² smart factory with a CNAS-accredited testing centre. MPMC, founded in 2008 and the first Chinese diesel generator set manufacturer listed on the NEEQ, has delivered products to more than 120 countries and territories.
As one of the few Chinese manufacturers able to supply generator sets, battery energy storage and mobile BESS chargers independently, MPMC can also combine BCH units with gensets, HBD battery storage and solar for complete off-grid charging systems, such as a methanol distributed power station feeding BCH chargers for electric construction machinery.

BCH units already operate at a UK logistics port, where eight BCH-275-200 units moved electric truck charging to near-continuous operation, on an off-grid construction site in Norway with a 2 MWh system, and at two sites in the Netherlands. BCH-275-200 and larger models carry a 3-year system warranty and a 5-year battery performance warranty.
Distributors and dealers of new-energy construction equipment, trucks and charging solutions can work with MPMC through OEM customisation, private-label arrangements and exclusive territory arrangements in select markets, with access to the full product line. Service is delivered through remote diagnostics via the SCADA/EMS cloud platform, on-site commissioning by MPMC service engineers and APP/Web monitoring.
